Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a contract requires longer retention. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We disclose data when required by law.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Hong Kong. If a processor stores data elsewhere, we take steps appropriate to the transfer.
