Refunds and cancellations

This policy applies to professional audit and advisory engagements booked with Api Integrationhub for fintech monitoring framework work. It does not cover software licences, physical goods, or subscription products — we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to fees paid under a signed proposal or statement of work. Website price ranges are informational and are not invoices.

Timeframe for requests

Submit refund or cancellation requests in writing to hello@api-integrationhub.digital within 14 days of the triggering event (cancellation notice, missed kick-off, or disputed milestone), unless the proposal states a different window.

Full refund

A full refund of prepaid fees is available if you cancel in writing before any kick-off workshop, document transfer, or fieldwork begins, and before we have reserved non-refundable third-party costs on your behalf.

Partial refund

If work has started, we refund the unused portion of prepaid fees after deducting time already spent at the rates in the proposal, plus documented prep already delivered (inventories, interview notes, draft findings).

Non-refundable items

Completed milestones accepted in writing, final audit reports already delivered, and facilitated workshops that have occurred are non-refundable. Deposits marked non-refundable in the proposal remain non-refundable once kick-off is confirmed.

Refund process and timing

Email the engagement reference, reason, and payment details used. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a kick-off or workshop once at no charge with at least 5 business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the proposal. We may reschedule for illness or force majeure and will offer a new date promptly.

Deposits

Engagements typically require a deposit to reserve dates. Deposit treatment (refundable vs applied to final invoice) is stated in each proposal.

No-shows

If your team fails to attend a scheduled workshop without 2 business days’ notice, that session is treated as delivered for billing purposes.

Work already started

Once evidence review or sampling has begun, fees for work performed are due even if you pause the engagement. You may pause by written notice; restart dates depend on availability.

Materials and access

If we purchase reference materials or specialist support solely for your engagement with prior written approval, those costs are non-refundable once incurred.

Exceptions

If we cancel an engagement permanently for reasons other than your breach, you receive a full refund of prepaid unused fees. Statutory rights under Hong Kong law remain unaffected where they apply.
